PERSONAL DATA OF REGISTERED WEBSITE USERS

During registration on the website, the following data of persons who register on the Controller’s website are processed: first name, last name, telephone number, and email address. Users’ personal data are processed for the purposes of providing training services — formal and non-formal, distance learning — and direct marketing. Users’ personal data are processed on the grounds of law and legitimate interest.

In addition to the information you provide, we collect information about how you use our website. For example, we may collect the following information:

All persons whose personal data are processed by the Controller have the right to:

Access their data and how they are processed — the right of access;

Request that inaccurate or incorrect personal data be corrected or, taking into account the purposes of processing, that incomplete personal data be supplemented — the right to rectification;

Request that the Controller erase personal data relating to them without undue delay, where possible — the right to be forgotten;

Restrict the processing of their data or suspend data processing operations, except for storage — the right to restriction of personal data processing;

Have the right to data portability — the right to data portability;

Have the right to object to data processing in the cases provided for;

Have the right not to be subject to automated assessment and profiling;

Have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Controller may refuse to enable data subjects to exercise the above rights in cases provided for by law, where it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, breaches of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
